Stephen J. Shoff is dedicated to helping people, teams and communities thrive. He grew up in New Jersey with a passion for sports and art and a fascination with Jesus, leadership and how people grow. He was baptized into Christ in 1983 in Boulder Colorado while on a gap year exploring the US and working construction and service jobs. He has a Bachelors degree from Boston University in International Relations and Third World Development and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of New Haven in Connecticut. He and his wife Sue have lived and worked in New England, New Jersey, Tokyo Japan, California (Los Angeles, Orange County, Sacramento, San Francisco and San Diego) and the Southwest US.
He’s witnessed the real-life transformational power of Jesus’ leadership example and teachings, having worked extensively in international, youth, campus and family ministries as well as entrepreneurial business development and corporate management training. He and his wife Sue share a passion for sports, life, family and coaching (Sue has coached youth developmental swimming for 20 years) and currently live and serve as Evangelist and Women’s Ministry Leader in Burlington, Vermont. Steve and Sue enjoy (perhaps too much) visiting and hanging out with their kids; Nick and his wife Brie who serve fulltime in the ministry in Atlanta with the North River Church and Mackenzie who is a Registered Nurse also working and living in Atlanta. While he’s telling others about Jesus, you might find Steve attempting to train for a sprint triathlon, in search of good coffee or going on a long walk with Sue.
We strive to produce material that is biblical, life-changing, grace-filled, and calls people to the Lordship of Jesus Christ.
